1 General Provisions & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the gr777 platform and all of its services. The words "gr777", "platform", "we", or "our" refer to the online gaming service owned by gr777. The words "user", "you", or "your" refer to any person who uses this platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.2 Account Closure or Suspension

gr777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without notice in the following cases: providing false information, operating multiple accounts, suspicion of fraud, or serious violation of these Terms.

3 Account Verification

gr777 may request verification of your identity at any time. The verification process is conducted to ensure fair play and security.

• You may be asked to submit a government-issued identity document (National ID card or passport).
• Screenshots of the relevant mobile wallet may be requested to verify ownership of the payment method.
• Failure to complete verification may result in delays or suspension of the withdrawal process.
• If the information provided is found to be false, the account may be cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on gr777 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (the same for each method).
• There is no set upper limit on deposit amounts, however verification may apply for unusually large amounts.
• Only deposit from a mobile wallet registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party wallets are not accepted and such transactions will be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used to deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for the active bonus has been met.
• gr777 reserves the right to temporarily delay a withdrawal for verification purposes.

4.3 About Rocket

Rocket is the mobile financial service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. The same rules apply for transactions made via Rocket wallet.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

gr777 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses have their own terms which must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a welcome bonus of up to 120% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Or a deposit of ৳18,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement of 15x applies to the bonus amount — on the bonus funds only (not on the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: a bonus of ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• The deposited amount can be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, but the bonus will be cancelled.
• Not all games count equally toward the wagering requirement — different rates may apply for specific games or categories.
• gr777 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus fraud, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or any coordinated attempt to exploit bonuses is detected, gr777 reserves the right to close the relevant account and cancel the bonus.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

gr777 offers slot games, live casino, cricket betting, fishing games, and esports betting. Each category has its own rules.

6.1 General Gaming Policy

• Once a round or bet has started, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, gr777 will review it and make a decision.
• Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness.
• If evidence of manipulation of any game result is found, the relevant account will be closed.

6.2 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, football, and other sports, if an event is cancelled or suspended, the outcome of the bet will be determined in accordance with gr777's policies. Additional rules apply during live betting events.

6.3 VIP Program

gr777's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% cashback per week), Silver (up to 0.8% cashback per week), and Gold (up to 1.2% cashback per week). Higher tiers can be reached through regular gaming activity. gr777 reserves the right to change VIP benefits at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gr777 platform:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Operating an account using a third party's identity.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Attempting unauthorised access to gr777's systems or network.

If any of the above activities are engaged in, gr777 reserves the right to cancel the account, forfeit deposited funds, and take legal action if necessary.
